Here is it a resistance training designer based on Prilepin table.
HOW TO USE IT:
1- a simple piramidal is already loaded but feel free to modify it;
2- you can insert the set and the rep that you would like to do;
3- press CALCULATE and the app will give you the GREEN if the Daily volume is BALANCED:
4- For BALANCED we mean that you will not reach overtraining and you will get your gains.
5- if the RED light will be on try to reduce some rep or set and try again.
