OLYMPIC LIFT TEST

Training in weightlifting is beatuful but not everyone can be followed by a coach that can find your weak point.
This web-app will help to evidence the weakness point by comparing the ratios between the main lift and the accesory lift.

HOW TO USE:
1- Just select the lift you want to analyze;

2- follow the steps below and insert your best attempt in any requested excercises;

3- press the button ANALYZE;

4- if you wanna do it again press button RESET
