OUR OBJECTIVE

We would like to put our experience is to help the people to become STRONGER for LONGER.

The key for a healty life is to develop your body at 360° mentally and phisically.

Our field is the phisical excercise and we put our fitness experience into our program that will develop your Strength, Agility, Balance , Power and Endurance.

THE METHOD

We use bodyweight, kettlebells and dumbells to develop the stability of the body and the barbell to develop strenght and power.

To master the Barbell excercise you first need to master : bodyweight, dumbell and kettlebell excercise.  BUT WHY???

The reason is simple, your body is composed by Primary and Secondary muscles, the first are the engine of the movement and these muscles are stabilized by the secondary muscles that are their "drivers".
